Joel helps executives become more empathetic leaders and reluctant team members become confident collaborators.
He is a Second City Advanced Conservatory alum and has been a performer and instructor with improv troupes Theatre Shmeatre and The Back Alley Players. Joel has taught film, T.V. and improv acting in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver & Los Angeles and uses these techniques to break down barriers, foster trust, and set the stage for innovation.
